Leaps & Bounds Preschool Highgate

Started our little one at this daycare 5 months ago and it has been great. The staff have been really welcoming and are very engaged with the kids. Would recommend this daycare to anyone!

The team and environment at Leaps and Bounds Pre-school are excellent. My children feel safe, have a lot of fun, learn new skills every day and best of all, have developed close, trusting relationships with their teachers / educators.The application of the early years learning framework is great, with fantastic activities to appeal to the children with their particular interests and abilities.It’s very comforting to drop off and pick up happy kids and be greeted by kind, invested staff.Both of my children have attended the centre from two years old until Pre-Primary age and will leave with long lasting, happy memories from their time at the centre.

Leaps and Bounds has been the perfect centre for our family. The centre is cosy and comfortable with lots of outdoor areas for the children to play. The educators are all wonderful, friendly and supportive and have built loving and safe relationships with our children, who have both attended from the age of 6 months.

Our son has been at Leaps & Bounds Highgate since he was 5 months old (he’s now 14 months). He adjusted well to daycare thanks to the attention of the educators, and has continued to thrive. We have appreciated the centre’s flexibility, ongoing communication, individual care for our son, and willingness to seek out and implement the feedback of the families whose children attend. There is a fabulous little crew of kids in there at the moment and we’re looking forward to an opportunity to socialise with their parents at the Christmas Party coming up soon!

Leaps and bounds Highgate is an excellent daycare. Management and the staff are amazing with our son, he truly loves every day he spends with the friendly educators. Highly recommend Leaps and bounds Highgate, Yana has really turned that place around.

My daughter started in the baby room when she was 11mo and has loved it ever since. The centre always seems so calm every time I have been there. The educators are lovely and even the ones who don’t work in the baby room have taken the time to get to know my daughter, my husband and I. Leaps and Bounds feels like an extension of our family and I couldn’t be happier with the influence they are having on my daughter’s upbringing.We have seen one staff member leave due to family reasons since we have been attending the centre and the transition between her and her replacement was well handled by the centre and my daughter coped well through the change.

We joined this centre in January 2022, after having a hard time finding the right centre for us. I have a 4 year old daughter, and a 1 year old daughter. We absolutely love Leaps and Bounds, from the moment we set foot in the centre Yana and Andrezza made us feel so comfortable and welcome. Our daughters get treated like family, and the centre feels so homely and welcoming. They run in every morning excited to see all the staff. The food is also amazing, and I love how involved the kids get with cooking and baking. The centre is also spotless all the time, it’s clearly so well looked after. Would recommend to anyone!

L&Bs daycare has been a diamond in the rough for our family! I spent months searching & visiting different centers to find a suitable daycare for my x2 children, I was so relieved to have found this Centre. The team is approachable, flexible, understanding and accommodating. I appreciate the values & awareness of family, nature and Australia's Indigenous culture.

We love coming to Leaps and Bounds, my son always has a great day with Dee and Callum. Love that there is so much interest in adapting the day to follow the things the kids are interested in that day, from building pulley systems, to intensive lego construction and show and tell.

My daughter absolutely enjoys going to L&B centre. She has learnt so much in the short time she’s been there, from new words, dancing and understanding things better.All the educators are amazing.Yana (Director) was very supportive and helpful in our transition from Sydney to Perth.Great and safe place to drop your kids.Thanks ❤️
